Our mission is to open doors for people crossing borders, whether for visas, citizenship, education, marriage, or business. ## How we work - No Roxo translation comes out of a machine. Each document is translated by a professional who is a native speaker of the target language and reviewed by a second translator before delivery, with glossaries by field and by client. - Roxo provides certified translation, accepted by USCIS and by universities and courts in the US, with notarization included; sworn translation, valid throughout Brazil; apostille services for documents from Brazil and the US; driver’s license translation, accepted by the DMV; and audio and video transcription. That is more than 30 languages and more than 270 language pairs. - Every translation goes through 4 to 5 steps, each one done by a different person, from checking the document to sending it - Roxo is a member of the American Translators Association (ATA) - Every certified translation comes with the signed certificate of accuracy and the American notarization, at no extra cost - We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, DOCX and other formats, and a legible phone photo is enough - Handwritten documents are accepted too, and stamps and seals are translated - Certified translation meets USCIS requirements, with free revisions within 60 days of delivery, and sworn translation is valid throughout Brazil - For documents that do not need official value, Roxo also does simple translation, with the same review - Illegible parts of the original are marked as illegible in the translation, with no guessing - For sworn translation, the price is per page or per lauda, depending on the translator, and the system shows it right away - Changes to an order only before the translation starts, which is usually right after payment ## Service and care with your documents - The quote is instant, with price and turnaround before you pay. The translation arrives as a PDF, and the printed copy can be mailed to any country. The team works 7 days a week and replies within 1 hour, on WhatsApp or by email. - Files are kept for 60 days after delivery and can be deleted earlier on request. Roxo follows the LGPD and the CCPA and signs a non-disclosure agreement with companies that ask for one. - Headquarters in Windermere, near Orlando, Florida, and an office in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais - The two teams work together on the same order, and the client talks to the same team from the quote to delivery - The quote and the order work on the website 24 hours a day, and the team is there every day of the week - The client follows the order with the team on WhatsApp or by email - Law firms, immigration agencies, universities and companies get progressive discounts based on volume and a single invoice for several documents - The reviews on the site are the latest five-star Google reviews, pulled in automatically, never testimonials written by us - Lost the file?
