# Payment and Delivery

The order is placed on the website, with an instant quote: the price and the turnaround appear right away, before you pay. Roxo accepts credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Pix, Google Pay and Cash App, with the option to pay in installments through Parcelow, Afterpay or Klarna, and several documents can go on a single invoice.

This page brings together the articles and questions about how to pay and how to receive the translation: it arrives by email, as a PDF, and the printed copy can be mailed to any country, with shipping charged separately. Documents are kept for 60 days after delivery, and you can ask for them to be deleted before that.

There is no discount for paying by Zelle or Pix, and a duplicate payment for the same document is refunded. The translation only goes to another email with the client’s authorization, and amounts in another currency are converted at the rate of the translation date.

The standard, rush and express turnarounds show up in the order with the price of each one, and the rush fee is always confirmed in the quote. If a file gets lost, the team sends it again by email and gives notice before it is deleted, at the end of the 60 days.

The notarization of the certified translation is never charged separately.
