## Translation Services in Canada

- Translation services in Canada for official use: we translate your documents into English or French, or from them into more than 30 languages, with a signed certificate of accuracy and the translator’s affidavit sworn before a notary public, the format IRCC accepts for translations done outside Canada.

## Order online, receive your translation by email

- Translator’s affidavit sworn before a notary public, included
- Human translation, reviewed by a second translator
- Delivered as a PDF by email, with a printed copy by mail on request

## Federal or provincial: who receives your document

- For IRCC applications, such as permanent residence, Express Entry, study and work permits and citizenship, IRCC accepts a translation done by a member of a professional translation association, in Canada or abroad, or a translation that comes with the translator’s affidavit, sworn before a notary public when it is done outside Canada. Our translations follow that second path. See our IRCC translation.
- Provincial offices, such as provincial nominee programs, credential assessment services or driver licensing offices, may ask for a translator certified by a Canadian provincial association. Roxo is not a member of these associations, so check the instructions of the office that will receive your document before you order. The page of each province and territory explains the local rule.

## English and French

- Canada has two official languages. We translate into English or French, depending on where the document will be used, and from English or French into more than 30 languages.

## Documents we translate for use in Canada

- Birth, marriage and death certificates, police certificates, diplomas and transcripts, passports, driver’s licences, identity documents, bank statements and court records, in more than 30 languages. For a document that must be certified, see our certified translation for Canada. Prices are on our pricing page, and the exact amount appears in the instant quote.
