## Notarized Translation Services

- Notarized translation is a certified translation whose certificate of accuracy is signed in front of a Notary Public. At Roxo, notarization is included in every certified translation, at no extra cost, so the same document works for USCIS, schools, courts and banks.

## Certified and notarized in a single order

- Notary Public seal and signature, included at no extra cost
- Human translation, reviewed by a second translator
- Fast delivery as a PDF, with a printed copy by mail on request

## Certified vs notarized translation

- A certified translation carries the translator's signed statement that the translation is complete and accurate. A notarized translation adds a Notary Public, who confirms the identity of the person who signed that statement. The notary does not review the translation itself.
- USCIS asks only for the certified translation, but many schools, courts, banks and foreign agencies ask for notarization too. Since ours includes both, you do not need to know in advance which one the office wants.

## Valid in all 50 states

- The notarization comes with a tamper-proof digital certificate, recognized in every state, and the translation follows the USCIS-accepted format, with free revisions within 60 days of delivery.

## Documents we translate and notarize

- Birth, marriage and divorce certificates, diplomas and transcripts, driver's licenses, police records, bank statements, powers of attorney and court documents, in more than 30 languages. See also our birth certificate translation.
