## Terms and Conditions

- Effective date: October 8, 2026.
- These Terms apply to every order placed with Roxo Inc (DBA Roxo Translations). By completing payment, you agree to them.

Contents: Services · Ordering and Fulfillment · Estimated Delivery Time · Deadlines Set by Courts, Agencies or Third Parties · Revisions · Refund and Cancellation Policy · Limitation of Liability · Payment Disputes · Formatting and Layout Policy · Data Protection · Acceptance of Terms

services

## 1. Services

- Roxo offers the following services, each quoted, ordered and paid for separately: certified translation for use in the United States (US notarization included), sworn translation for use in Brazil, simple translation, audio and video transcription, driver's license translation and Hague apostille.
- Translations are performed by professional human translators, with human review. We do not provide interpreting services.

fulfillment

## 2. Ordering and Fulfillment

- Once the price quote is accepted, an invoice is generated. When payment is received, the project is created and assigned to a translator. Roxo attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing our services; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the services or content available on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

## 3. Estimated Delivery Time

- As a principle, we always intend to meet the agreed delivery deadlines. The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) shown in your quote and invoice is an approximate timeframe and not a guaranteed deadline. Delivery may be adjusted, earlier or later, due to factors such as document complexity, specialized terminology research, source file quality, quality control review, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- The EDT applies to the first delivery. Revisions requested after delivery follow Section 5 and are not covered by the original EDT.

deadlines

## 4. Deadlines Set by Courts, Agencies or Third Parties

- If your translation is needed for a court hearing, an immigration filing or any other deadline, tell us the date in writing before placing your order. The EDT is an estimate and not a guarantee, and revisions requested after delivery may need additional time. Roxo is not responsible for hearings, appointments, filings or other deadlines missed by the client, or for any loss resulting from them.

revisions

## 5. Revisions

- Free revisions are available for 60 days after delivery, the period during which your files remain in our system, and they always include the correction of translation errors. To request one, reply to the delivery email and indicate the document, the page, the text you believe is incorrect and the suggested correction.
- Each revision requires review of the source document, terminology research and quality control. The time needed depends on the number and complexity of the points raised, so we do not set a fixed deadline for revisions. We complete them as quickly as the work allows and keep you informed of the progress.
- A revision request does not create a new delivery deadline and does not entitle the client to a refund. If you ask us to stop working on a revision, or do not provide the information needed to complete it, the order is considered fulfilled as delivered.
- Roxo does not guarantee that any agency, including USCIS, will accept a document: acceptance is always decided by the receiving agency. Corrected files are sent to the email address on file.

refund

## 6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Right to cancel (2 hours). After payment is confirmed, you have up to 2 hours to cancel and request a refund, provided work has not yet started. In that case, the amount paid is returned.
- Once work has started. Once the service has begun, no refunds are issued, as the work has already been assigned to the translator and production is underway.
- After delivery. Once the service has been delivered, there are no refunds. Instead, you are entitled to free revisions, as described in Section 5.
- In short: free cancellation only within 2 hours after payment and before work begins. Once work starts or the service is delivered, no refunds apply. Quality is guaranteed through free revisions.

liability

## 7. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Roxo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed deadlines, appointments or hearings.

disputes

## 8. Payment Disputes

- If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us first at info@roxotranslations.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (407) 205-2005, so we can apply the revision remedy. Filing a chargeback does not replace the revision process described in these Terms. When responding to a dispute, we share our order records, delivery records and communications with your card issuer.

formatting

## 9. Formatting and Layout Policy

- All our translations follow professional translation standards and reproduce the structure of the original document as faithfully as possible. We do not recreate client models or templates, we do not provide custom graphic design, and we do not adjust the number of rows, columns or widths to match a template file sent to us. Structural differences between the original document and a template provided by the client therefore do not constitute a translation error.

data

## 10. Data Protection

- How we store, protect and delete your files, and how we use your contact information, is described in our Privacy Policy.

acceptance

## 11. Acceptance of Terms

- By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, including the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Revisions policy. The version in effect on the date of your order applies to that order.
