Fulfillment Policy
Once the price quote is accepted, an invoice will be generated, when payment is received, the project will be created to do the service. Roxo attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing our organization and services on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the services or content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Refund Policy
No refunds. After 2 hours of payment. The client has the right to review service within the first 2 hours of receipt of such. If any error is found and reported to Roxo Inc through the email address in which the service was sent to the client, in the form of a reply, Roxo will fix and resubmit the service to the email on file.
Data Protection and Privacy Notice
In accordance with data protection laws and our commitment to your privacy, all files uploaded to our system are automatically deleted after 60 days. This measure ensures that your sensitive information remains protected.
Please ensure that you download any necessary files to a secure location at your earliest convenience to maintain access to them before they are permanently removed from our system.
