Certified Translation
Certified translations accepted in the USA. Perfect for immigration, schools, and official processes. Fast delivery.
Notarized translation is a certified translation whose certificate of accuracy is signed in front of a Notary Public. At Roxo, notarization is included in every certified translation, at no extra cost, so the same document works for USCIS, schools, courts and banks.
A certified translation carries the translator's signed statement that the translation is complete and accurate. A notarized translation adds a Notary Public, who confirms the identity of the person who signed that statement. The notary does not review the translation itself.
USCIS asks only for the certified translation, but many schools, courts, banks and foreign agencies ask for notarization too. Since ours includes both, you do not need to know in advance which one the office wants.
The notarization comes with a tamper-proof digital certificate, recognized in every state, and the translation follows the USCIS-accepted format, with free revisions within 60 days of delivery.
Birth, marriage and divorce certificates, diplomas and transcripts, driver's licenses, police records, bank statements, powers of attorney and court documents, in more than 30 languages. See also our birth certificate translation.

Yes. US notarization is included in our certified translation: a Notary Public seal and signature with a tamper-proof digital certificate, valid in all 50 states.
Certification is the translator's signed statement that the translation is accurate and complete. Notarization is a Notary Public confirming the identity of whoever signed that statement. It does not evaluate the translation itself. Our certified translation includes both.
No. USCIS asks for a certified translation, meaning the translator’s signed statement of accuracy and competence; notarization is not required. Ours includes US notarization anyway, because some schools, courts and other agencies do ask for it, so the same translation works in more places.
No. For security, we only certify and notarize translations done by our own team. We can translate the original document for you, with certification and notarization included.
By people. Every document is translated by a professional linguist and goes through double human review for accuracy, grammar, formatting and consistency before delivery.
