Certified Translation
Certified translations accepted in the USA. Perfect for immigration, schools, and official processes. Fast delivery.
USCIS certified translation is a complete English translation of a foreign-language document, with the translator’s signed statement that it is accurate and that they are competent in both languages. Every Roxo translation for USCIS includes that statement and notarization, at no extra cost.
Under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), every foreign-language document submitted to USCIS must come with a full English translation and a certification from the translator stating that the translation is complete and accurate and that they are competent to translate from the foreign language into English.
USCIS does not certify translators and does not keep a list of approved companies: it checks the translation and the certification. A missing certification or a partial translation is a common reason for a request for evidence.

Yes. USCIS accepts certified translations, and ours include the signed certificate of accuracy and US notarization. Every foreign-language document you file must come with a full English translation. Final acceptance of any application is always decided by USCIS.
USCIS requires every foreign-language document to come with a full English translation and a certification from the translator that it is complete and accurate and that they are competent to translate (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)). Translating your own document, or asking a relative, invites questions about impartiality, so an independent professional translator is the safer choice.
No. USCIS asks for a certified translation, meaning the translator’s signed statement of accuracy and competence; notarization is not required. Ours includes US notarization anyway, because some schools, courts and other agencies do ask for it, so the same translation works in more places.
No. USCIS does not require a specific credential, only a translator competent in both languages who certifies the translation. Roxo Translations is a member of the American Translators Association (ATA), member number 273295, and every translation goes through double human review.
