Power of attorney translation: we translate powers of attorney into English, Portuguese, Spanish and 30+ other languages, with every power granted, the notary's certificate and the seals, plus the translator's signed certificate of accuracy and notarization included.
Living in the United States and selling a property, opening an inventory, managing a bank account or representing someone in court in another country usually takes a power of attorney in that country's language. The same happens the other way around, when a foreign power of attorney is used at a US bank, title company or court.
Whether the document also needs an apostille depends on the country and on the case. We do both, in the order the case requires.
A power of attorney is only as good as the powers it lists. Our legal translators keep each clause, limit and date exactly as in the original, so the agent can do what you authorized and nothing else. Also see our legal translation services.
Every translation follows the USCIS-accepted format, with the translator's signed certificate of accuracy and a Notary Public seal valid in all 50 states, at no extra cost. Revisions are free within 60 days of delivery.
Upload a clear photo or scan of the document, see the price and the deadline right away and pay online. You receive the translation by email as a PDF, and a printed copy by mail if you ask for one. Need other documents too? See our notarized translation.

Yes. We translate contracts, powers of attorney, affidavits, court decisions and other legal documents, as a certified translation for the US or a sworn translation for Brazil. Documents are handled confidentially, and the price is by page, starting at $15/page for certified translation.
It depends on the case. The document can be apostilled first and then translated, so the translation also covers the apostille, or translated first and apostilled afterwards. The receiving agency defines the order, so tell us the destination country and agency and we confirm before quoting.
Yes, through our sister service Roxo Apostille, which handles review, filing and logistics. The apostille itself is always issued by the authority of the country that issued the document. We do not handle federal documents (such as FBI records) or consular legalization.
In general, any document in a foreign language submitted to a Brazilian public agency, registry office (cartório), court, university or Board of Trade (Junta Comercial), such as certificates, diplomas, transcripts, contracts and powers of attorney. The receiving institution sets the final rule, so tell us where you will submit it and we confirm before quoting.
No. We are a translation company and do not provide legal or immigration advice. Your attorney or the receiving agency defines which documents you need. Once you know, we translate them in the format that agency requires.
