Translation services in Canada for official use: we translate your documents into English or French, or from them into more than 30 languages, with a signed certificate of accuracy and the translator’s affidavit sworn before a notary public, the format IRCC accepts for translations done outside Canada.
For IRCC applications, such as permanent residence, Express Entry, study and work permits and citizenship, IRCC accepts a translation done by a member of a professional translation association, in Canada or abroad, or a translation that comes with the translator’s affidavit, sworn before a notary public when it is done outside Canada. Our translations follow that second path. See our IRCC translation.
Provincial offices, such as provincial nominee programs, credential assessment services or driver licensing offices, may ask for a translator certified by a Canadian provincial association. Roxo is not a member of these associations, so check the instructions of the office that will receive your document before you order. The page of each province and territory explains the local rule.
Canada has two official languages. We translate into English or French, depending on where the document will be used, and from English or French into more than 30 languages.

Yes. We translate your documents into English with a certificate of accuracy and the translator’s affidavit, sworn before a Florida notary public, the format Canada accepts for translations done outside the country. The deadline is the same as our certified translation in the United States.
For each document that is not in English or French, IRCC asks for the translation, an affidavit from the translator and a certified copy of the original. The affidavit is not needed when the translator is a member in good standing of a professional translation association, in Canada or abroad. IRCC does not approve or list translation companies.
IRCC asks for an affidavit from the translator, sworn before someone authorized to take oaths; outside Canada, that is a notary public. Our translations for Canada include the translator’s affidavit, sworn before a Florida notary public, at no extra cost.
Our core languages are Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian and French, and we work with many more, from Arabic and Chinese to German, Japanese and Russian. Tell us the language pair and we confirm availability before quoting.
