Certified Translation
Certified translations accepted in the USA. Perfect for immigration, schools, and official processes. Fast delivery.
Affidavit translation: we translate affidavits, sworn statements and declarations into English or another language, including the notary's certificate and seals, with the translator's signed certificate of accuracy and notarization included.
Affidavits fill the gaps when an official record is missing: a birth affidavit when there is no birth certificate, a statement of single status before a marriage abroad, or letters from relatives and friends about a relationship or a residence. USCIS, courts and consulates read them only in their own language.
Whether an agency accepts an affidavit instead of the record is up to that agency, so check its instructions before ordering.
Every translation we deliver comes with an affidavit of translation: the translator's signed statement of accuracy, sworn before a Notary Public. For Canada, that statement is the translator's affidavit IRCC asks for. You do not need to order it separately.
Every translation follows the USCIS-accepted format, with the translator's signed certificate of accuracy and a Notary Public seal valid in all 50 states, at no extra cost. Revisions are free within 60 days of delivery.
Upload a clear photo or scan of the document, see the price and the deadline right away and pay online. You receive the translation by email as a PDF, and a printed copy by mail if you ask for one. Need other documents too? See our notarized translation.

Turnaround, price, accepted documents and how to order: the most common questions are already answered in the Help Center, organized by topic.
Yes. US notarization is included in our certified translation: a Notary Public seal and signature with a tamper-proof digital certificate, valid in all 50 states.
Certification is the translator's signed statement that the translation is accurate and complete. Notarization is a Notary Public confirming the identity of whoever signed that statement. It does not evaluate the translation itself. Our certified translation includes both.
Notarizing your own signature on a document that is not a translation is handled case by case, usually as a step before an apostille through our sister service Roxo Apostille. In Brazil, signature recognition (reconhecimento de firma) is done only at a cartório.
IRCC asks for an affidavit from the translator, sworn before someone authorized to take oaths; outside Canada, that is a notary public. Our translations for Canada include the translator’s affidavit, sworn before a Florida notary public, at no extra cost.
No. We are a translation company and do not provide legal or immigration advice. Your attorney or the receiving agency defines which documents you need. Once you know, we translate them in the format that agency requires.
