When an employee handbook needs a translation
Companies with teams that speak more than one language, or with a branch, a subsidiary or a new office in another country, need every employee to read the same rules: the code of conduct, the internal policies, the safety procedures, the benefits and the onboarding and training material. A handbook written only in the language of the head office leaves part of the team without the information it is expected to follow.
