When a conversation needs a translation
Messages are often the only record of what was agreed or said. Screenshots of a conversation are used as evidence in lawsuits and divorces, to show a relationship in an immigration process, to prove a deal made by message, such as a sale, a rent payment or a loan, and to document a debt or a payment demand. When the person who will read them does not speak the language, the conversation needs a translation.
Which messages to submit, and whether they are accepted as evidence, is decided by your attorney or by the institution that receives them. We translate what you send, completely, without leaving out or changing any message.
What the translation shows, message by message
Each message keeps its date and time, who sent it and its place in the conversation, in chronological order. Phone numbers and names appear as they are on the screen. Emojis, slang, abbreviations and typos stay as they are, so the translation reflects how the person really wrote. Stickers, photos and other images are described in brackets, such as [sticker] or [photo].
Voice messages do not appear as text in a screenshot. If you need them too, say so in your order: the audio is transcribed and translated separately.
Translated by people, reviewed twice
Each conversation is translated by a native human translator and reviewed by a second translator, in more than 30 languages. Names, dates, times and numbers appear exactly as in the original, anything illegible is marked as illegible, and the layout follows the screenshots. When you order, tell us where you will present the messages, and we deliver the translation in the format that destination asks for. Revisions are free within 60 days of delivery.

Do you translate WhatsApp screenshots?

Is the translation done by people or by machine?

Is my data safe? How long do you keep my files?

Can you tell me which documents my immigration case needs?
No. We are a translation company and do not provide legal or immigration advice. Your attorney or the receiving agency defines which documents you need. Once you know, we translate them in the format that agency requires.
