By WhatsApp, by email, through the upload on the website, or by sharing a folder with us. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, DOCX, DOC, ODT, XLSX, PPT and HTML files; a legible phone photo is enough. Send all pages, front and back.

Yes, as long as the whole document is legible. Take it on a flat surface, in good light, with all four corners visible and no glare or blur. If any part is unreadable, we ask for a new photo before quoting.

Yes. We combine the photos into a single PDF and put them in page order.

No. Photograph the document as it is, every page, front and back. But if something is covering the writing, remove it.

No. For translation, a legible digital copy is enough, and the whole process is online. Originals are only needed for some apostilles of US documents, which is handled by Roxo Apostille.
